I'm usually not one to comment on packaging but this packaging is pretty impressive and the box is a great place to store the drone when its not in use.

The packaging is remarkable, I use the box as storage for the drone extra batteries and the controller

The quad is top notch, but nothing really compares to the Holy Stone customer service

UPDATE: after losing my first drone, Holy Stone customer service reached out to me and provided a replacement drone FOC.

Not much better experience flying the replacement, but Holy Stone customer service is awesome!!!

I bought the Holy Stone HS150 bolt bee having never flown a drone without altitude hold.

The Bolt Bee is a tank

It's challenging to fly in top speed mode and best outdoors

Good for beginners in "slow" mode too.

It would be great for beginners or experienced flyers as well and makes flying indoors a blast as you can change from a slow setting to the extremely fast flying mode by the turn of a knob.

This quad is for more experienced flyers and definatly has extreme speed and agility when flying in its fastest mode

It is super easy to fly and control, holds its position better than my Phantom does when not in any positioning mode, extremely fast for and overall handles extremely well.

The only negative thing I can say is that it doesn't have altitude hold or auto-takeoff and landing, (like another drone I have that has the exact same frame) but it is still easy to fly.

Great for training but little quad is still fragile so be careful.

It is a great beginner quad to learn by and such a fun machine.

This is a great learner quad, or just to put around for fun

There is no altitude hold on this guy, so you have to work to keep it in the air/level, but thats a great thing to learn, IMO before you move on to bigger, more expensive quads.

With power to spare!It's no bigger than a CD case, in diameter, but it's solid and preforms better than any brushed motor quad I have ever seen!This price is a steal

The Holy Stone HS150 "Bolt Bee" is an excellent introduction into drone racing at a fabulous price point

but if you hit something the blades just fly right off no chipping or breaking...... durable and at a good price

One of my friends got a holy stone, a 60$ HD camera one.. its a U14 something... and it's awesome quality, he's lightly crashed it..... and it still flies perfectly

For the price of this drone, it is nice you can adjust the speed to your level, great for kids and adults

The controls are very responsive and and this drone is lightning quick.

One aspect I like about these drones is the durability, I had lost control of one and it over 180 meters and fell to the ground

First, after a crash, or even a hard landing, the battery pops out way too easily, which inevitably leads to me praying that it is nearby so that I can find it

The propeller guards popped off, the propellers broke, and it crash landed into the snow.

I was experiencing the battery falling out about every third “hard landing”

a little small, had some props come off but easy to put back on

While flying in the house I had several crashes, I broke a prop and popped off a guard, it was easily repaired with spare parts provided, also included two batteries and a USB charging cable.

The drone itself is too fast - even set to the slowest setting) for me to fly indoors, but I did manage to get it to hover and keep it from hitting the walls or ceiling, so a more skilled "pilot" would probably be able to fly it

Also, the propeller guards are cheap or defective continually touching the propellers, I've made contact with Holy Stone to replace them and will update my review with the results.

Really good drone, fast for a ready to fly racing drone, can fly outside in windy conditions decent, The most persistent flips I’ve seen on a quad yet, the propeller guards are a little weak, overall it’s a great drone for beginners or a bit experienced flyer.
