Well, it was apparently paired out of the box and so the result was that the drone took off when I moved the left stick up and slammed into the ceiling at full throttle knocking a prop off & scaring the beejeezus out of me.

While flying in the house I had several crashes, I broke a prop and popped off a guard, it was easily repaired with spare parts provided, also included two batteries and a USB charging cable.

I broke 2 props with that crash.
