If you're looking for a beginner-friendly cheap drone, definitely go with the HS170.

Other then that it is a fast, durable, fun, beginner drone!

Whoa, I am blown out with the quality of this little drone at such a good price

The controls are sensitive enough that it's difficult to get the drone to move a slower speed

The controls are easy to use once you get the hang of them and it flies very smooth.

The drone doesn't have any automatic vertical stabilization, so you have to constantly adjust the vertical height, and the vertical control is touchy, so it's easy to go zipping up and down faster and farther than you intend

It would be great if the controls were labeled to help with faster control

I think the controls were a little difficult to learn, meaning he crashed it multiple times while I was still visiting.

e.g. i broke two blades within the first four flights of this

The blades are just held on by friction/gravity and thus are easily lost

I've busted a few rotor blades but the package includes extras and they're a cinch to change.

I like the guards that protect the blades, and the landing feet are springy so if you land it too hard it bounces back up.

She broke a propeller blade and there were extras in the package with a propeller repair kit!

I have broken a couple of props but luckily it comes with a few extras

I tried a couple of nano drones and crashed them all the time because they were so difficult to control.

It seems like it can take a bit of a beating, and it looks like it should be easy to replace parts

The speed control is very sensitive so working the rotation and speed can be a bit tricky

annoying.- Remote was a bit hard to figure out all the buttons and remember them, especially mid flight

The only thing I think could be a bit easier is the disconnecting of battery to charge it.

very first time it was used the motor came right out of the housing and broke the wire

We accidentally broke motor and the company sent us out two motors for free immediately

Piece of junk, one motor completely quit working 2 days after the return window.

Flight time will seem a little short (time flies when you're having fun) and my motors did not get hot

Holy stone needs to work on product QC what a waste of money and time as I just had to replace a bad motor on it

It's really fast and I had countless hard crashes and it hasn't broken yet

This quad has been crashed so many times and i haven't even broken a prop yet

Its made it through a few good crashes without any damage.

If you do a hard crash or your dog grabs it you may have to turn it off

Of course I started playing with it before I read the instructions and quickly ran it into a fan, but it held up to a number of hard crashes.

I broke 2 propellers in 5 minutes, after you get it figured

I ran it once and broke a propeller and then couldn't get it to fly again

It took a rough week of flying and finally broke one propeller

Even with the guard snapping it still protects the propeller
