Once they realized it was the product, Andy from Holy Stone sent out to new drones

After my first review I immediately received condolences from Holy Stone and an offer to replace the drone

First drone was a lemon but Holy Stone replaced it promptly and the replacement works great

I will be buying from Holy Stone in the future

and so I did the chat with Holy Stone.

I know stuff shipped in and out of Amazon can be out of sellers control, so I can’t fault Holy Stone

Holy Stone customer service has been quick to respond and eager to ensure customer satisfaction.

I've ripped more than one motor off when tugging the rotor, so be more careful than I was!My purchase was direct from Holy Stone and they were particularly helpful, above and beyond what customers have any right to expect

the Holy Stone Predator Mini do not buy it for young ones like 11 on down its really fun.

I know some have issues with their products and service but no one puts out the perfect product or has the perfect support but Holy Stone is about as close as you're going to get

Since my review, Holy Stone contacted me and offered to replace my drone which I was very pleased about.

Holy Stone is also VERY responsive and helpful if any issues arise

As I said, the Holy Stone Predator Mini is perfect for learning your line of sight muscle memory.

Holy stone needs to work on product QC what a waste of money and time as I just had to replace a bad motor on it

Although we were happy with Holy Stone's response and ability to promptly attempt to resolve our first issue, despite the replacement quad-copter appearing to have been an updated version, it actually flew worse that the first quad-copter we received right out of the box

I think Holy Stone is somewhere around this

I would recommend everyone to purchase a holy stone drone.

The blades can break pretty easily, but Holy Stone's customer service was great and sent me two new sets of blades.

I originally purchased the Holy Stone HS100, but I wanted something to fly around inside when it was raining out or at night

It has lasted several weeks without any issues (unlike a previous drone we bought that was more expensive and literally only worked twice before failing to fly properly and eventually being thrown away).I'd definitely recommend the Holy Stone drone for any beginner looking for an inexpensive and fun drone.

If Holy Stone would upgrade this design in the future and made it to where there was a notch cut out in the back of the shell, there would be a place for the red and black wire to sit and not get continuous contact when putting in and taking out the battery

When I flew the Holy Stone HS-170 Predator I was stunned by the smooth controls, quiet operation, easier to identify orientation (due to lights visible from below) and the ease with which I eas able to fly it!

It has what Holy Stone calls the "Headless Security System" which when activated helps beginners fly the drone in a straight line (sometimes when the drone is not pointing away from you it can be disorientating and hard to control) in the headless mode the drone will fly back when the stick is pulled back regardless of which way it is pointing

Holy Stone drones is a great company to work with.

Although it is not so easy to manipulate it, my kid loves o play with it.
