They had no obligation to do this considering I was well outside of the warranty period; so if you are concerned about quality you shouldn't be as they have exceptional customer service

This is so easy to operate because instructions on the rc is laid out perfectly so customers would understand the operating instruction nice and clearly...not like the other drone i have that i bought from other company.
