Such a great company and great customer service.

On that note, I applaud the customer service for reaching out and sending out extra batteries promptly!In the box you get the ready-to-fly drone, no assembly required except for connecting the battery, 2 batteries, a charger, a remote with some markings perfectly confusing for a 10yo as well as for grown-ups, a memory card for camera, and the USB adapter for the memory card, extra blades, and a manual.

I still feel as per my original review below but i wanted to clarify that the product works as described and their customer service
