Its super comfortable amd has great lumbar support

There was a screw missing, the pull tabs for the zippers and the lumbar support was a bit thick for his liking.

I love the lumbar support which forces me to use good posture when gaming

The lumbar support they advertise is just a crappy little pillow that forces you to sit funny and doesn't actually support your back at all

I have stiffness and pain in our lower back despite the "lumbar support."

The lumbar support pillow and neck/head pillow is nice and the stitching is nice

THEN l got a message from the company that makes this chair and l have to say this company has the best customer service l have ever seen, they gave me a full refund and they are sending me a new chair and l am very happy they would go to these lengths for customer satisfaction

l am still not happy that my chair broke but l am totally ok with a few QC flukes knowing that this company will make it right if anything goes wrong

l was able to fix it by putting a bolt through the plate and the frame as reinforcement and that worked pretty good although it was still a little

and it leans a little but not as much as when he is in the chair
