The lumbar support is a joke in my eyes and the ability to lean back and rest your neck doesn't really exist.

After this month i've had problems with the cylinder lowering over time and i'm under the weight limit by at least 20 pounds

Very poor quality, the screws constantly came loose and the material feels really cheap

This lead to wobbly armrests and possibly a screw being stripped in the middle and not being able to be removed unless you cut the end off
