I like the comfort level of the chair not too hard or soft ,but I don't like how the armrest isn't ajustable and the screw become loss causing the armrest to become wobbly (constantly tighten the screws)

One of my arm rests gets wobbly pretty easy, but maybe I messed up the screw or something

Somehow the zippers on the back have broken, the screws cannot seem to stay in no matter how we tighten them; especially on the arms

Arrived missing a few screws, one stripped..

it's very conformable chair and good quality for its price, my only complaint is that the chair is pretty noisy especially when you are leaning back and forth while sitting on it , and i think there are two screw holes missing on the sides of the chair that i wasn't able to install the plastic cover over the metals on the sides of the chair, it's not a big issue for me, overall , i really enjoyed sitting on it for long period of times.

There is no hole on the seat cushion for those cover screws, but you don't really need any since the screws are shallow and will screw into the brackets anyway

Its a metal plate in there the the outer most screw goes into that breaks right

Also over time the seat cushion started to become more and more uncomfortable then that is when I realized that the screws that hold the seat in place are popping out stabbing through the seat!!!

The right and left screw alignments to affix the back to the chair with the brackets weren't perfectly aligned which lead to a slight warping

After couple months though the screws are getting loose and have to keep tightening them

The chair is very good quality would have given five stars but screws were a little hard to get it and also just a thing to be aware

I re-tighten the armrest screws as well as the ones connecting the back piece regularly

Edit: the other screw snapped off the the same arm rest and now the entire left armrest is broken off, not even a year old

It took about half an hour because of the difficult screws, other then that it was a snap and the vid goes through every step putting in each screw

Very poor quality, the screws constantly came loose and the material feels really cheap

Lasted just over a year before the left arm just broke, the screw just pulled right out of the base and now it hangs sadly from the side of the chair form the last remaining screw holding it on

When i first got it, it didn't come with any screws to assemble it and it took weeks of them sending me the wrong screws to finally get the right ones!

This lead to wobbly armrests and possibly a screw being stripped in the middle and not being able to be removed unless you cut the end off
