If I can rate this a 0 star I would, this seller and item doesn't provide good quality service
However, upon contacting Pyle Home's customer service they sent me a brand new remote free of charge (plus one star for outstanding customer service)

No amp needs a fan at these ratings unless its undersized
Pyle used to make Good car equipment cause I used it and if they simply Doubled the price to make internals much more High Quality the amp would be great
