After my office mate and I unloaded the cabinets, the driver insisted I sign something that said I agreed that the product was in good condition when delivered.

The delivery service delivered the box in decent condition (typical shipping scuffing of box but nothing out of the ordinary).

This item arrived with a considerable dent in the back top edge... not quite sure what to do?

The item was dented in on both sides and is not good quality for $300.

THEN third.....after I opened it the bottom side was all dented and the top back was dented....what a cheap piece of metal!!!I paid $399.00 for a piece of garbage....very poor quality for the price for this piece of dented metal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but this cabinet was a good quality and was able to easily hold all my files.

The file is strong and the color works perfectly with the color of the wall next to it.

The drawers are deep - not like the cheaper file cabinets with abbreviated depth -- and the four drawers provide plenty of storage

the bottom drawer was dented to the point where is could not be opened

The bottom drawer is dented in severely with smaller dents on two of the other drawers.

We had the movers open it and there discovered serious damage just to the right of the top drawer.

They were of much higher quality and have drawer mechanisms that work as well today as they did when they were new.

well made, great drawer glides and the oldest has to be 5 or 6 years old, still works like new in an office setting!
