Honeywell Wi-Fi 7 Day Programmable Button Control Thermostat

    • Horrible product, worse customer service
    • Customer service is worthless
    • Customer service is useless and the don't honor the warranty.
    • I called Honeywell and their customer service was amazing
    • Customer service from Honeywell is atrocious you cannot contact
    • Customer service has been horrendous
    • We lost a/c a couple weekends ago, then the unit came back on...was advised it could be my thermostat
    • Even if you have the C wire it will not work.
    • We have a vacation rental home and have been stuck with a few months of expensive A/C and heating bills due to not setting the thermostat to an away temperature
    • I wish the software would provide ore information on times of use and the like, as well as the ability to lock out changes at the thermostat, as my kids have a habit of turning the thermostat settings to extremes of heating and cooling (like turning the A/C on when it is freezing outside).
    • You do need the C wire for it to work.

    • I highly recommend this for anyone who is energy conscious or landlords to prevent unnecessary a/c repairs.
    • It does make the A/C go off and on, so that good.
    • It is requesting to connect C wire to power this thermostat, and if there is no C wire like my furnace, it leads me through video to connect to G wire instead
    • Remember this unit requires a "C" wire that may be hanging somewhere unused if your current thermostat uses batteries
    • (Yes, there is a way to handle that scenario .. but just saying)Note, I have not purchased or used this product so not entirely fair to review it ... but hopefully R&D somewhere might read my concerns.
