This is a good, basic wifi thermostat that I used to replace a Motison wifi thermostat (which I do not recommend at all).As long as you have a 24V C-wire running from your furnace to your thermostat, installation is about as easy as it gets -- attach the mounting plate to the wall with 2 screws, hook up the color-coded wires and snap in the thermostat.
