The sound is great, the microphone holds up and he can be heard clearly, they remain comfortable over long periods of game play (3-6hours per day minimum) and the only hiccup he had is that he needed an adapter because his computer didn't have the right port(s), but once port-ed its been smooth sailing

And to top it all off it has this horrible static erupting 24/7 after a hour of use

Relatively compact and flat so easy to stow away in backpack pocket, long run time if blinking and RECHARGABLE by USB !!!!

The markings on the buttons wore off quickly, I have a hard time seeing if I muted myself or not.

Sometimes my computer has a hard time recognizing them.

These are bright and last a LONG time on a single charge in blink mode.

Hopefully these will last a long time but so far so good

Bought this headset for my dad and ordered a 2nd one for my boyfriend.. they both love it and play xbox with as well as talk on the phone... i will say that depending on which xbox controller u have you may need the adapter piece for the controller to be able to use the headset...

Just recently my wire MUST be placed a certain way or it will not work

However, after about 20-30 min of sustained game play on the Xbox One, it begins to produce a crackle like a loose wire that progressively gets louder

Personal thoughts:In my humble opinion this is not a bad piece of equipment (at this writing), everything seems to be working fine/as intended

A loose connection in that inline lighted switch is the cause of them not working

+ Electrical tape on the knots within the center hub [the cordage here on both sides with a little wiggle can lose their internal connections, for me the bottom is more problematic then the top but both unfortunately cause it to happen

Already losing connection to the Mic and the connector is causing the audio to pop
