Love the big surface area to lay my big hands on & good looking transparent cases on some models (TE-S Chun-Li & SC5 sticks).4

PS3/360/PC compatiblity right out of the box with a good looking design especially the translucent cases

I love my other arcade sticks but there's a reason why I bought this one (besides the fact it was on sale for one-ten, LOL)

This Arcade stick is Fantastic and I use it whenever I can, there IS one issue though

The good:Sanwa Buttons, a large enough compartment for the cable for easy storage, a long cable, the lighter build vs Madcatz TE sticks, solid places to be able to grab your stick (from the sides) and have a firm grip for transportation

Not much to say if you know about Sanwa products besides what has already been said (responsive, accurate & precision)

The buttons are nice and responsive (almost too responsive if you misplace your fingers) and the stick itself feels nice and responsive as well, though anyone switching from using a pad is going to have an adjustment period

The artwork looks pretty nice but then again, I could care less about that

The Tatsunoko vs Capcom stick, however, which isn't even TE "quality" hasn't had an issue yet--wobbly buttons, but very functional

I even modded this stick to insert button plugs in the 2 furthest buttons on the top and bottom row, so that gives me and extra inch of space between my right hand and the start button

My first arcade stick and when i recieved it it was very wide(great for resting your hands imo), had a great weight to it, buttons were very responsive and the stick very stable

slightly less sensitive but still responsive buttons make this the stick I will recommend to others from now on.

I have bought four Mad Catz officially licensed Street Fighter 4 Fightpads.

As for their sticks, I bought a Marvel vs Capcom Tournament Edition stick straight from Mad Catz's online shop, which not only would get "stuck" in random positions periodically even though the stick was centered physically, but would be recognized by the PS3 about half the times I plugged it in(again, this was a brand new item straight out of the box.)

This stick is easier to handle, more reliable, and even significantly cheaper that what Mad Catz offers.

I'm far from being a conspiracy nut, but I'm amazed that Mad Catz is so widely preferred by most pro players I watch clips of, and wonder if they're not deliberately making mostly shoddy products but making a few good ones for the pros that constantly endorse their sticks in videos and by using them in tournaments.

While it's only anecdotal on my part, it seems likely that rather than a coincidence, my bad luck with four out of five Mad Catz products is a result of bad design, bad Quality Assurance, or both.
