I've never had a problem with the genuine product.

Ignoring the prevalent reports of disaster from use of cheap alternative products is just plain foolish when genuine HP replacements are available.

I've read a few reviews on this that have the same problem and would think Amazon and/or HP would make it right to those of us who forked over $85 for a supposed "genuine" HP product.
