Delivery was the problem.

I was impressed with speedy delivery,especially since my ink was very,very low.

Of course, I wished it lasted even longer but the XL last about twice as long as the standard cartridge and is the best deal if you print a lot of black and white ,

Hp and Amazon deliver the best deals on printer ink and I have always enjoyed ordering from Amazon

If you don't print a lot, I would not recommend as they tend to dry out with limited use.

If you have a store like Costco, then you might get a better deal on more ink

I get long life from them so from an ink-unit standpoint, this is a much better value than standard capacity

Their XL cartridges are barely better than buying two non-XL cartridges All arround terrible terrible terrible value

Purchased an HP Envy 7640 less than one year ago to replace an HP Photosmart 3210 that lasted 12 years of trouble free service.

I would like the service to include both the black XL AND THE COLOR XL.

May have to purchase again since Amazon offers such fine service at my convenience!

Even though I don't like the price of OEM Ink I do love the quality.

My wireless printer told me that this product is fake, defective and not the correct ink for this device.

I hate this printer and the ink because it costs over $60 for the black and the color cartridge and then only prints out about 50 copies and they are done
