This ink says that it works with my HP Officejet 4650 printer, but it's doing the exact opposite.

Just opened it tonight, way past the return date, to find that the ink was splattered all over the cartridge, and the "HP 63" wasn't readable to my HP printer

The cartridge did not have the sticker on the bottom, ink was smudged all over the Cartridge and the top was damaged and the printer won't recognize it
