Although I really do like my sprocket printer the pictures don’t come out the same brightness and colors as they look on your phone before you print
You can also edit the pictures in the app and add borders, words and illustrations to them -- again, perfect for those who are creative!I think the Sprocket 2-in-1 would be great for a do it yourself photo booth
I wish I could give zero stars...this Sprocket won't even work at all
Upon starting my Sprocket it froze and would not power down
The sprocket tends to jam up and the FAQ’s provide no solace

The better quality photo you take will result in a better print with the Sprocket.
The print quality is a bit disappointing for the price: the prints can turn out grainy or tinted (overly warm colors) unless I play with filters to tweak the colors a bit
Good quality photos, Light Weight, Fast print, & Very Convienient!!
You have to brighten the photo significantly before printing because the prints are very dark.
I was excepting them to be a little better quality print.

She recommends this product as long as users understand that the color in the pictures will not come out as sharp as they would if normally developed, but good enough to capture a fun memory in a small picture.
The print color quality is a slightly darker contrast when prints but otherwise great quality product
Obviously if you are looking for the pictures to turn out crystal clear and perfect as if you just had Walgreens or Walmart print them
It cannot handle high contrast very well (highlights blow out) and the shadows come out as darkness
say whether this is because there is not high enough contrast, or for some other reason

I actually really love the HP 2 n 1 for what it offers, and the joy in seeing my children print off their photos right away
In the "help" section, it does say to plug in the phone to ensure that it stays on long enough to finish the update, so it seems to be a known issue.
I went on to HP forms and Facebook groups to see if anyone else is having the problem -- apparently this has been a known issue with HP Sprockets for a while and there's literally nothing customer service can do for you
I put in a trouble email about this at HP and here is what HP said about the problem."Unfortunately there is a known issue with iOS 10.2 that is impacting all Bluetooth devices
There is a problem with color casts on the photos that is, apparently, a known issue that HP doesn't deal with
