The product registration page is broken in Chrome and Edge so I couldn't submit a customer support ticket with a screenshot.
Further complicating the customer support page use is the Serial Number listed on the side of the box is not accepted by the customer support page as valid.
Understand that by buying this product, you are buying poor HP software and an un-usable customer support website.

Adjusting exposure controls and making multiple scans of each photo may improve quality slightly (hence, why the sheetfeed?).
