The phone hardware wise is great (screen looks amazing, fingerprint scanner is excellent, sound quality is great, signal quality is slightly weaker than my previous phone) but the software/OS is horrible

It's sleek, light, has a great screen, takes good pics, has decent enough sound

The screen is also very nice and sharp, but that's a standard feature in all high-end Android phones nowadays

I'm not a pro,so while other reviewers kept talking about depth & black saturation, all I could see is a beautiful, full hd hTc screen, vs a more solid -colored Samsung screen

I dropped my Note 7 with a protective durable case and it still cracked, I cannot emphasize it enough, the Samsung Phones are extremely delicate.

Also some very nice clear gell cases and rugged cases for under 10$ never buy a case at big box store they are over priced and they do not back there sales as well as Amazon

Settings menu is well designed and easy to use with a number of nice touches (like built-in timer for do not disturb)

The new phone was working well with the newly purchased Scan Disk Ultra 128GB Class 10 for 3 months, and now it starts to unmount the SD card automatically with no reason

Quick charge 3.0 works well - phone is fully charged in about 1.5 hrs

Fingerprint scan works easily on the front panel, love that it has a headphone jack.

Although the first day when I charged it, it got really hot....but after that I have not experienced that again

The battery duration is perfect, even two days in som cases.

I am on the go all day, its great not to have to worry about recharging my batter... or an explosive one.

The call over Wi-Fi is glich free and I can also brows the internet at the same time this was not possible on my LG v10.Aukey sells some nice car rapid chargers with 2 ports for under 25$ and home chargers they have the best price on Amazon for accessories and quality

I contacted the HTC Support Team to request an exchange for another HTC 10 or, even better and my absolute preference, an HTC U11 -I was willing to pay the difference for the upgrade

My previous HTC one X is being with me for almost 5 years and still working great.
