The built in IR blaster is kind of a neat feature too

As for the camera... it has great features and functions but the pictures are very grainy and not true color

While I do like that HTC ported over their camera interface, which can be default instead of the standard Camera app, one thing that irks me the most is the lack of the dedicated camera button which usually comes standard on Windows Phones, and was one of the best features in my opinion

The Boom Sound speakers, which are two front facing speakers with a dedicated amp is one of my favorite features of this phone

I was not able to turn it on with my T-Mobile SIM.The soft navigation buttons is nice to have when you need more screen real estate.
