I like this pad because it gives you room on the inside, unlike a 14mm Vrcover memory foam, which felt claustrophobic

only things to keep in mind, this pad wouldn't be great for you if you use glasses

Can be a little sticky during a sweaty play session, but it doesn't hurt my face like the regular vive cushions do, so that's nice

but I'd say from the original this one is much thinner but is still very comfortable and doesn't irritate my face.

It's a very good fit on the Vive.

For me, it's been very comfortable to use, and the thinner cushioning provides for a better field of view with minimal external light leakage.

So far this 10mm seems to be the sweet spot my field of view seems slightly improved and now I kind of regret ordering the 12mm covers, which I purchased in case I was discontent with these

you need to have some of the sides hanging off so the hard edge of the leather doesn't scratch your nose.

When its comes to the skin contact I just think the stock foam works better than this other stuff.

That often means coming back to a wet, cold foam cover that is very unpleasant to wear

This is a great cover for the money, and it takes away the unpleasant "sweat-soaked" feeling of the stock foam pads you get with the Vive

The cover is comfortable for short uses, but when you get over half an hour, the lack of padding becomes more evident
