I initially purchased a phone w/unlimited data sim card
Put my sim in when arrived in italy and has worked a treat.
The sim worked perfectly and I topped up with EUR 20 for 7.5Gb.
We spent a couple of weeks in Europe, and once we figured out how and where to buy the right SIM card, it worked beautifully
We bought 1 unlimited wifi SIM card and installed it in this and connected both our phones to it.

Good product excellent price, nice pocket size I kept in a jacket pocket (zippered), worked everywhere.
Battery only lasts about 5 hrs fully charged but the price was good

We bought 1 unlimited wifi SIM card and installed it in this and connected both our phones to it.
The same SIM card that was on the device is now in my phone and it works perfectly fine.
Bought a SIM card at the airport, and the person working at the store said she was surprised how easy it was to set up
it is not 3g or 4g I have bought sim card from ATT and it does not support so my money was wasted
It came charged, so we just popped the SIM card in, and it worked

T-Mobile 2G speeds aka slow as .....) device as does not work on CDMA (Verizon/Sprint) device.
no matter how good the T-Mobile coverage I only got 2G service
I recommend T-Mobile because this is the most versatile in that they have service in dozens of different countries.
This unit worked perfectly to avoid high charges for international roaming on a recent trip to Holland

Device worked great for two trips to Italy once I figured out the APN setting.

The iOS app made it very easy to track usage and battery level, as well as, provide any messages the SIM provider had regarding your service.
Slow service was better than no service, even though I was paying for more data than I could possibly use at the slow speeds

It works only in 2G in Panama ,very very slow ,i don't'recommend it

Works great with all our devices, but if there's 4G LTE available, go with the version that's only $30 more
