I can promise one thing, I will never buy anything from Huawei again, they don't support their customers on any level, from what I can tell all they are interested in is selling product and once they have it out of their inventory your just flat out of luck
-
And don't get me started on their terrible customer service
-
, we don't know the status."I can honestly say that attempting to work with Huawei USA has been the worst customer experience I have ever had with any company in 35 years of being an adult consumer
-
Huawei USA did not contact me about this, I found this out after yet several more calls to customer service -- where the information was slowly teased out.
-
I was about to order this watch when I decided to read the many horror stories about how awful customer service is
-
Decent watch, weak vibrations for alarm, horrible customer service
-
Huawei has attracted quite a bit of attention this fall with the release of the Huawei Watch and the Nexus 6P; based on the early supply issues, they’ve sold many more of each device than they had originally anticipated, which means they may have to support many more US-based customers than they have in the past
-
The only thing of value I have received from this is a teachable moment -- which as a college professor of communication I will use: This will make an excellent case study in poor internal communication as well as how to lose customer support and brand loyalty
-
Great watch but terrible customer service
-
Previous to dealing with Huawei, the worst customer service I'd dealt with was
-
M U C H happier with this one!
-
My wrist get t was burned as it left that area numb for a day after I left the watch off
-
n’t recommend buying it.
-
n’t feel the vibrations
-
I've been seriously impressed by the Huawei Smart Watch, particularly because I knew them from years ago as the cheap-o Chinese manufacturer making poor tablets and smart phones.
-
I came from a LG G watch R & there is no such issue there at all
