The chiller works really well and is simple to use: just brew coffee into the chiller, wait (and shake gently) and your coffee is cool enough so you don't get a lot of ice melt

i haven't tried the heating aspect yet, but the chilling works like a charm

when I found This item, it worked great until not even a month later after the coffee was chilling the hyperchiller broke, needless to say there was coffee on the counter and floor... so disappointing

But this hyper chiller has solved all my problems.

The hyper chiller cools down the coffee in a minute or less and dosen't water down the finished product

This chiller was working great, but went to use today and there is a crack along the seam where the logo is (I've only used it 4-5 times)

This product is amazing chills coffee in SECONDS!

The main reason IMHO, gin was at room temperature, despite the theory that hot liquid chills faster than cold liquid

As you pour out the chilled beverage the melted ice leaks out of the container making a mess

I can usually get two chills out of it but the second chill is not as effective which is not that big of a problem

I’m very disappointed because I had been recommended the hyper chiller by multiple parties

Only downfall is sometimes water will leak (I assume from being frozen and thawed frequently), so could use better sealant in those areas
