Product arrived missing outer steel cup, pretty much worthless with out it.

We were pretty bummed with this product because it came without either of the stainless steel inner cups

While it cools, I clean up the area and make a quick snack• By the time I have a cooled cup of coffee and off to a great work session• It very easy to clean by just rinsing it out with water and storing it back in the freezer for the next use

I use a French press and the HyperChiller every morning, perfect cup of iced coffee!!!

The stainless steel is easy to clean and the cup-in-a-cup design works well to chill drinks

It takes about 1-3 minutes to cool it to the temperature I want, but while I wait for that I get my cup ready and clean out my reusable pods and Keurig in the meantime

Works as advertised to make cold though seemed to give my coffee a bitter aftertaste that my coffee doesn't have when I don't use this, might be the stainless steel cup it chills in in this product that does that, which unfortunately has caused me to stop using this.

Meaning the only way I can use this is by first filling up a cup of coffee with a regular cup then transferring it into the hyperchiller and then into a new cup (bc first cup is hot from the previously hot coffee) and keep in mind when pouring it into the small top of the hyperchiller there’s a high chance of making a mess because drinks run down the side of cups, meaning I might have to go out looking for a specific pouring cup for this or deal with the mess

Purchased this expecting it to chill my coffee easily instead the internal cups that fasten into the lid dont tighten they will just keep spinning and when putting the lid on after adding water it will not seal properly so when i pour the coffee in to chill and then transfer it to another cup with ice my coffee as well as water leaking from the lid will come out and make a watery coffee great concept terrible execution
