This my second hyper chiller that has cracked with under 2 months of use.

My only argument was not knowing when it was full because as I poured hot coffee into the top it was difficult to know when it was getting full inside the hyper chill chamber

Overall, the hyper chiller does exactly what you expect it to do....chill your beverage
