While this skin may provide protection against light scratches, it is really little more than a way to alter the color of the headset.

I am glad the skin was on it to protect from any damage that it could have incurred.

I saw those nifty vinyl skins but all they do is make your Vive look cool, this skin is a bit thin however combined with the controller skins seems to guard against significant shock if you accidentally hit your headset
