this is a great quality product you can depend on that hasn't let me down in any circumstance thus far, i switched from the steel series arctis 7 which was a great headset the only difference is comfort and bass

The microphone has not seen major improvements over the years from their older headsets and the lack of bluetooth in 2018 is very troubling as many wireless headsets have this integrated into the headset as of 2018

Make sure to turn off the led lights on the side of the headphones so that way the headphones last longer than 20 hours
so sad!The lighting is cool, but you have to set it how you want it every time you turn it on
Honestly I don't get the point of the led light if changes the battery life that dramaticly.
Edit to add: I forgot that the LED lighting setting isn't remembered, it's default on unless you turn it off every time you turn the headset on, so if you want to have the longest battery light possible, be ready to click several times every time you turn it on.
