I Love these Headphones and the first time I ever bought such amazing Headphones and the Padding is so comfortable because I spend Hours Playing Games

But you can cut out the mini-controller portion of it and make it an average length, which is what I used to do (until it broke both times

I've attempted to call their customer support multiple times recently DURING THEIR STATED BUSINESS HOURS, and after being on hold for 20 minutes an automated voice says their offices are closed, and that their business hours are Mon-Fri 6am-5pm

Very comfortable and reliable, I ran over the cord countless times and I'm always afraid I'd break

Please do not waste your time or money on this product.

Have had two of these headsets in a one month span and there has been issues with shorts in the headset both times
