Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition - Nintendo Switch
Cut down enemy hordes as Legend of Zelda characters—in full 1080p TV mode—or in two-player mode on one system! Link and Zelda can battle in costumes from the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild game, while Tetra and King Daphnes appear in scenes base...
For the most part, Hyrule Warriors for the Nintendo Switch is a faithful port that provides all of the previous released DLC content for the Nintendo Wii U and 3DS versions of the game
If you enjoyed the Wii U iteration, this port won't disappoint
Overall a really good game, a good edition to the Switch, a lot of fun good characters, LOZ still one of my all time favorites!
it plays a lot smoother, i haven't played this on handheld just yet, only docked, but really though, this game was really meant to be played docked only

(I would totally buy DLC for new characters, costumes, and including the new amiibo for real functionality with weapons relating to that character)-Hard to have alternate costumes and weapons for the story mode the first time around
This version makes it easier to play your favorite characters because it includes the character switching from the 3DS and not as many of the battles are character locked)
Other modes, such as Adventure Mode, let you travel across 8-bit maps in search for unlockable characters (Marin!!) and special loot.
I love that it has all my favorite Zelda characters and all the locations I've loved from the series
If you like the Zelda series and don't mind the Muso type gameplay style I highly recommend this game as it has a lot of content
limited attacks, jittery visuals, little replay value and mindless gameplay
The gameplay is a little repetitive after a while, but if you enjoy the style and the references to the Legend of Zelda series, then you could play this for weeks or even months.
I'll start by saying that I bought this game confident that I was going to get a smoother gameplay than I did on Wii U.
That said, the game still feels like you're playing it on a Wii U console instead of the Switch, and there are no options, like on Fire Emblem Warriors, to choose for faster framerate, or a more abundant gameplay.
If you like the Zelda series and don't mind the Muso type gameplay style I highly recommend this game as it has a lot of content
Finally, and most importantly, I feel like the missions are challenging but fun.
If you like the Zelda series and don't mind the Muso type gameplay style I highly recommend this game as it has a lot of content
I managed to beat the original game's main within fair challenge
At the end of the day, yes, it is a repetitive hack n' slash game -- but with leveling up all (25+) characters, weapons, costumes, the fairy system, multiple game modes (adventure mode!
The Twilight Realm scenario in the other two versions were actually fair and I beat them successfully quite easily on Easy, so Normal must've been a fair challenge

I've enjoyed the Legend of Zelda franchise, I've enjoyed the Dynasty Warriors franchise, and this game is the perfect combination of both
At the end of the day, yes, it is a repetitive hack n' slash game -- but with leveling up all (25+) characters, weapons, costumes, the fairy system, multiple game modes (adventure mode!
If you like the Legend of Zelda series and Dynasty Warriors-style beat-'em-ups, you're certain to love this game

I have played over 200+ hours of the Wii U original and I can say that this version of the game is definitely worth the purchase
It's basically a worse version of the 3ds version, except you can play it on a TV with multiplayer
Defently superior than the Wii U version and 3DS version graphics and FPS.2
Another change for the worse (versus the Wii U version) is that two player games come via splitscreen
At the end of the day, yes, it is a repetitive hack n' slash game -- but with leveling up all (25+) characters, weapons, costumes, the fairy system, multiple game modes (adventure mode!
