This cover is made of extremely good quality - craftsmanship as well as material.

The material feels tough but is not too heavy

But out of the box it appeared strong, good material, and flexible not seemed to stretch to the boat well

Seems like pretty durable material, time will tell, but you can get 3 or 4 of these for the cost of some others.
