This unit is the same thing but it performs better than the one from Harley and at a more reasonable price

Ordered these for my wife they sound as good as the set that came with my Ultra.
Originally bought two sets, one for the wife, that one still works fine.
I purchased two sets and they work well once they are positioned correctly.

The bike picked up my voice commands and a call to a friend validated the mic was really good
The headset has a flimsy boom mic and the headband is not adjustable
If your helmet does, there are usually pockets by the ear area for the speakers and the boom mic attaches on the inside liner of the helmet by Velcro.

The speakers seem to work well quality is a little less but probably not for the price
On our first ride using them, the speakers were good, microphone was clear, and it took 60+ MPH before the wind really started making enough static through the microphones to make it somewhat hard to understand each other
While the second one lasted a little long this time it was the right speaker that went out
it looked used because the Velcro that holds the speakers and boom mike in place liked like they had been stick to cardboard or something...
Don't buy used it three times and the speakers stopped working now they they sit in the closet

The sound is great and the ear muff style really knocks down the road noise.

Ladies, if your ears get cold or you don't like wind noise blasting in your ears (on the bike) all you will need is this headset.
This item has good clear sound, my only concern is that the ear pieces may bother my ears on a long trip.
our longest ride without stopping was about 3 hours, they did not hurt our ears, we were both wearing our half shells on the trip.
Says it hurts her ears and she sits high enough up that she gets a lot of wind noise in the boom.
Every time I pushed the "push to talk" button a gawd awful screech blasted my ears
