the hinge broke within a month and the cover completely broke off yesterday

The hinge will eventually break down after a year's usage

’re cheap enough so when the hinges start to break, I just buy a replacement case (typically 8-10 months with repetitive use)

I love the credit card storage back, however the hinge is a bit

After a couple months, the "hinges" on the wallet part broke, rendering it useless for it's original purpose.

Obviously I would prefer a better hinge system but that would probably add to the thickness and weight

The hinge of the door is very susceptible to breaking, leaving this card case an oversized non-card case.

Both this and the newer model have a defective hinge design which parts after a month or two making it unusable.

The hinge started cracking about 4 months ago, so I tried to be careful but alas the Incipio case failed me

The hinge that works as a stand and to store a credit card is also flimsy and cheap.

First the hinges broke

Knocked off a star because after 6-1 months the hinge starts to fail and the little plastic bumps that keep it close wear off.

I bought this case to replace my last one (same model different color) after the hinge on the door started ripping after lots of use

The only issue that I had with it is that the hinge of the card pocket started to break within a month of using it and eventually was split halfway down the side

Only complaint is the hinge where the card opening is has torn gradually over the last 6 months of normal use.

The hinges are not very secure, only 2 of the 3 hinges on the back are connected and has been this way for a while

The hinge of the flap is like a silicone with slots for the flap's tabs

and it's broken a hinge on one side

you are rough, the hinge to access your cards will crack and tear

I do wish the hinge was a bit more secure though

The hinge on the door in the back is falling off

Super convenient I just wish you could fit more cards in it but still a wonderful case!
