Would highly recommend it to the people who are looking for a device with good features but don't want to go for the smart WiFi devices.

We absolutely love the "talk" feature for our toddler that likes to ask if its "wake up time" yet

The battery life is decent on the monitor, and one of the coolest features hands down is the ability to adjust where the camera is pointing.

We have twins and picked up the DXR-8 for it's great scan feature.

Favorite features are that I can move the camera view from the monitor, especially when little rascals like to get up, move beds, if we rearrange the room

The picture quality is pretty good, it comes with an additional lens, the sound features are nice as well

I specifically loved the pan and zoom features that many baby monitors don’t have

But my favorite feature of all is that the hook up is automatic between camera and monitor, so I no longer have to fret about our slow internet keeping me from watching our children

The most important feature I think is avoiding any sort of wifi or network around your baby which is very important

For those coming from the DXR-5, you may miss the "Vox" feature, where the receiver would auto-mute the audio when it was below a certain decibel

The camera zoom was definitely the best feature but the photo quality was terrible

The ability to control where the camera is pointed from the parent unit is such a nice feature too, it’s easy for the camera to be bumped and not have the exact view needed so being able to make corrections without moving the actual monitor is awesome.

I love this product for most of it's features specially the night vision and zoom

The features on this are an upgrade from the DXR-5 which I previously owned, and they all work very well!

I wanted to love this as I had read so many positive

n’t had issues that Infant optics couldn’t fix

n’t lose the picture for a long time

n’t cover accidental I ask if they can do something to help me

n’t disappoint

n’t handle the inconsistency of this one
