But Acura with tech package and els system come 2 ohms all around so these speakers won't give you additional volume but they will improve the clarity at high volume

Maybe Infinity, like many of the other car audio manufacturers, have taken to producing low quality products for the masses who will settle for a mediocre product.

Very nice speakers, fit perfectly inthe rear of my mustang V6 2013, the installation took a little bit over an hour due the process of taking apart the inside parts of the mustang, once installed the sound was clear as water, the bass was good enough

Not quite as much bass as the Kappa, but still very good, accurate.

I noticed that the Kappa's were especially better for base than the JBLs, I also like that you can twist/adjust the direction of the tweeter and apply a db gain to the tweeter if you wish
The mid-range is great and the highs are fine, although I have a set of component speakers in the back that handles the highs
The kappa speakers sound like 8 hitting the full range as opposed to 4 speakers

should be flat, zero, under flat/negative range, minimized completely, bass boost off, loud setting off, crossover point should be at 500hz or above allowed to pass thru to speaker
