It's a very stable boat; you can stand in it in flat water conditions.

Although our electronic pump broke, we had no problem manually pumping the boats at all

But if you're not planning for strictly a paddle trip, big boats are kind of annoying to drive around with.

This boat is great for what we want: calm, flat water at our local state parks

Intex was unwilling to provide any type of compensation (refund, exchange, etc) because of the 90 day warranty.

Intex is the worst and I will never buy from them again, no one should!!!!!

The storage bag is pretty weak and tares easily.. one of my carry handles, on the boat, ripped off at first use

Only complaints are that the seams are sharp on the top of the sides and interfere with your arms and it is difficult to get it dry and put back in the bag for storage.

If you really want to keep this boat, the only way to deal with this flaw would perhaps be some duct tape to smooth out this seam

When we used it for the first time last weekend it had a slow leak.

The first time we used the kayak, one of the seats developed a leak, and the kit that came with the kayak did not suffice to patch said leak.
