Super dissapointed in this float as the 6 other people all had the same rafts as me with no problems.
These rafts are great we have five, easily can go down the river and they have many times.
This is a great raft, especially for group trips because they easily connect to each other
Towards the end of our adventure, I had to ditch my raft and hang on to my boyfriends and kick the rest of the way
My big gripe is that the hole to inflate was at least 1 inche so blowing it up with your mouth or a compressor meant for those regular rafts will not work
A stick or branch would easily poke through the weak material
The handles feel like they will rip off if you hang your dry bag on them, and when they sat in the sun the material felt so flimsy like it anything could poke a hole in it
and I was shocked at how durable the material was when I opened them
My friend almost drowned on a unicorn tube cuz those r unstable and do t have the mesh
Thick material so wasn't too worried about popping on a rock
I am a river tuber....this is an easy to carry, durable, comfortable tube to enjoy a float down a river or in a pool
This made for a very comfortable 1 hour float down the river
Picked this up for a 3 hr lazy float down a shallow river with many branches and rocks
I prefer an open-bottomed tube myself but we bought this for an elderly relative who wanted to continue to enjoy a lazy float down the river but who had a tendency to fall through open-bottomed tubes.
It was used on a pretty rapid river not just an easy float and it did well
Needless to say, we were very dissatisfied with the poor quality.
Buyer beware that these are cheap quality and will not last more than a trip or two floating on a river.
Pretty good quality, I floated the Colorado river in this
I would recommend these for a good quality and affordable river/ocean tube.
Surprisingly, the cooler lasted longer than most of the tubes as a floating device (it was only the last half mile that the cooler got a hole, which is fine, considering it's not made for people to float on). These are VERY POOR QUALITY and I recommend not to use these for anything outside of a backyard pool
The great thing is that you can blow it up at the river yourself and when the trip is finished the tube has a screw out quick release valve that deflates the tube in about 30 seconds
This thing is great, I want another, & so do my river buddies
The only thing i would say is i do not like the change in pattern
It's the most amazing thing I've ever owned and gave me a great afternoon floating down a river with some of my favorite people ever
Bad thing is that it has a Boston valve, which I didn't realize, so you can't blow it up with your mouth
We use these to float down a local creek/river several times per year, as well as to float on at a nearby lake
and they all are still working great as of the end of last summer!
Worked exactly as I had hoped, surprisingly comfortable, the cupholders sort of tilt inwards when occupied so don't set a full drink in them or it will spill, the only downside is that the dark coloring will burn your arms when you rest them on the plastic sides if you're floating on a really hot sunny day.
Worked, but Walmart was much cheaper.
My friend almost drowned on a unicorn tube cuz those r unstable and do t have the mesh
did I jump on it so the split seam stemmed from a manufacturer's error
The seam split and they were unable to use them
I prefer the double as I feel I get more for my
However, over time (and time can be as short as a few weeks or as long as a few months), the seams (that hold the blue and white fabric together) begin to leak.
Over time, this did rip out the bottoms of 2 of the floats.... but did not rip the seams or cause the floats to lose air
It has held up going across rocky areas and is much more comfortable than a traditional inner tube.

The only thing I don't like about it is that the dark gray areas of the float get pretty darn hot.
Both tubes held up great to the river's rough branches and rocky areas
Also, these particular floats are not all white as some are, so the dark areas get very hot in the sun, making them uncomfortable to use.
I remember dragging this along the paved greenway and it still didn't bust a hole
Apparently the quality has changed dramatically as one had a hole in it right out of the box and the other one the bottom fell out after using it 1 time and keeps leaking air.
We used them for 4 trips this last summer to the river, where they experienced dragging across the ground, kids bouncing on them on the ground and in the water, scrapes and bounces off of rocks as we traverse down the river, and plenty of tugging on the cord that encircles the tube - and they're still in perfect shape and no holes ready for next summer.
Had a hole in it and would not blow up unfortunately.
My son punch a hole in his the first time out this summer
No problems yet, I did get a slow leak on one of them from being lazy and dragging it through a thorn bush taking it out of the river but that was my fault
It was great because it made it down the Green River (in Washington State), including the rapids -- no problem!

one held me, the other held my cooler set up no problem.
Not sure if that use may be too hard on the bottom but so far no problems
Very durable, but a little hard to inflate, only because the the cap is hard to screw on before air gets out
These are the sturdiest, most comfortable, and convienent tubes I've ever used
The only complaint is that when I sit in the floatie, it caves a little in the middle, enough so that my Michelob Ultra cans will fall out of the side cup holders, a minor nit.
The only con I have is that the cooler in the center between the two seats, when its completely full of air, drinks and ice and your sitting in the tube (which sinks a little from your body weight) its too high for you to see the person you sharing the tube with!
It did seem to lose a little

We use these to float down a local creek/river several times per year, as well as to float on at a nearby lake
Have used it twice and no leaks--easy to fill and easier to deflate--headrest was very nice---cup holders however are too small to hold a coolie but that was only a minor issue.
One has a slow leak which I was able to blow up along the trip
and they all are still working great as of the end of last summer!
The only problem was that one of them had a slow leak and I had to blow it up every so often
You do need a device to blow these bad boys up that has an open tube, no pointed nozzle will do.
took this bad boy out to the 'Merican river!served its purpose and it is still alive!went over some rocks and other stuff... and no rips or holes !
Soooo, what that means, if you're using your own lungs to pump this bad boy up, then you don't have to keep your tongue on the valve because it won't allow air out.
It's more expensive than the tube ($40) but it's still cheaper than a new tube every week
The air leaked out the first week of use.
