Intex River Run I Sport Lounge, Inflatable Water Float, 53" Diameter

    • When we get to the shallow areas we did 'Starfish' which you look like starfish on the floatie with lifting your buttie from the seat and kinda lay down on the boat without sitting that will help you to get through the shallow areas without getting stuck!- put sun screen on and wear hats- get enough water with
    • We ran into plenty of rocks and rough areas and they held up great
    • They are very durable and go right over shallow areas and big rocks with ease
    • They are also larger than you might think they are--I'm over 6' at 210lb, and the size of the tube meant there was enough air to keep me much higher out of the water than many I've tried before (great if you get to a shallow area)
    • Also, these particular floats are not all white as some are, so the dark areas get very hot in the sun, making them uncomfortable to use.
    • Two cup holders and the mesh bottom works as a great storage area for your shoes and empties!
    • The only thing I don't like about it is that the dark gray areas of the float get pretty darn hot.
    • and I've never had any issues with the tube when encountering shallow, rocky areas of rivers

    • There were several shallow rocky areas, which this tube handled like a champ (though I would recommend lifting your rear a bit - the rocks still hurt)
    • Even over some rocky areas, it made it just fine
    • so we're sometimes running into low-hanging branches or traversing shallow areas with rocks.
    • Tube is comfy, just becareful as the dark blue and grey areas get very hot in direct sun
    • Have held up fantastic all summer long and we are tubing in pretty rough areas with lots of rocks and a fair amount of small rapids.
    • recommend for routine recreational use rather than extremely rocky or sharp rocky areas.
    • My only knock on these is that the Gray area gets very hot and if you reach your arm back you will burn the bottom of your arm on it.

    • It has held up going across rocky areas and is much more comfortable than a traditional inner tube.

    • Both tubes held up great to the river's rough branches and rocky areas
    • and they all are still working great as of the end of last summer!
    • We use these to float down a local creek/river several times per year, as well as to float on at a nearby lake
    • Worked exactly as I had hoped, surprisingly comfortable, the cupholders sort of tilt inwards when occupied so don't set a full drink in them or it will spill, the only downside is that the dark coloring will burn your arms when you rest them on the plastic sides if you're floating on a really hot sunny day.
    • I prefer the double as I feel I get more for my
    • My friend almost drowned on a unicorn tube cuz those r unstable and do t have the mesh
