Only lasted 6 Months before the speaker blew out and it sounds like it was underwater, the black box ones last much longer.
Box is working fine except for the inverter 110 V power polarity is reversed so only using it as a Battery operated Bluetooth speaker the quality of sound is decent last for hours at a reasonable volume can be turned up to quite a loud volume producing a lot of sound
They say that if you make a shiny box with nothing in it that people would buy it; ION products are a great example of that old marketing gimmick.

After about a year, the unit began to work intermittently.
The USB outlet only functions while the unit is powered on but the AC outlets will only work if the unit is plugged into an AC wall outlet.
So I ordered I refurbished unit 11 months ago, ready to buy a second on to get surround in the back yard

Terrible product, bluetooth functionality died in less than a week, sound with the aux jack was always bad, and customer service wanted me to pay for shipping the product back for the repair
While this isn't a perfect product, it's really good for the task it is designed for, and other than the control panel being a little exposed and at risk from falling objects, the device should handle the rigors of job site treatment.

As far as performance, the Job Rocker sounds great but you must keep the volume of your mobile device well below max.
Completely satisfied with this item...great sound and charge lasts very long time, even when 120vac outlets are in use...built very well...have owned for 1-1/2 years now and still works great...have used at work, parties, and family functions, and has performed well every time...bluetooth range is awesome...would highly recommend Job Rocker to every one !

The speaker is heavy!It's battery powered, and I experienced a good 8 hours of use before needing to charge it, playing at a decent volume.
If I turn the volume on my phone all the way up the sound distorts but usually like 70%-80% volume doesnt sound bad at all.
The volume is impressive and the handle makes it quickly portable
