The product works great other than a cheap plastic part breaking
The clamps do not hold a phone well with a case, the suction is weak and will fall off if it gets hot in the car, tightening mechanism is frail plastic and broke, there fore the neck could not hold the phone upright
Just driving down the road and the cheap plastic broke and dropped to the floorboard with my phone.
Really cheap quality broke when I tried to put it together
The one click feature doesn't always work as it gets activated as I'm trying to place my phone inside

The added pad for uneven surfaces is great but it is a one time use and I had hoped to be able to transfer it from car to car
The sticky pad still sticks just as well as the day I first installed it

although due to the super sticky suction cup material, it does fail gracefully- almost in slow motion, the sticky gel makes it slowwwwwwwly tip over, giving you time to catch it before it comes completely
Now IF the company redesigned the suction cup or supplied both their sticky gel and a non-sticky gel suction cups I be willing to give them another chance to win back my business
I would not stick the suction cup to leather or vinyl to prevent damages due to adhesive sticky gel from suction cup.
Right in the middle of the suction cup there's no sticky gel
The gel padding on the inside of the clamp to protect the mobile devices fell out after my 3rd use and I had to glue it back again
