The product works great other than a cheap plastic part breaking

My only qualm is that after years, my left control arm broke during closure

broke multiple times, very hard to remove from the car

Just driving down the road and the cheap plastic broke and dropped to the floorboard with my phone.

Really cheap quality broke when I tried to put it together

Things started breaking and ultimately it just fell off the dash all together after one month

The clamps do not hold a phone well with a case, the suction is weak and will fall off if it gets hot in the car, tightening mechanism is frail plastic and broke, there fore the neck could not hold the phone upright

Of course, this will not work with a fabric covered dash, such as with Leather, or vinyl
