This seems like a great phone holder, but unfortunately the screw that adjusts how far the phone can be fell off while I was driving, and I have been unable to reattach it

If you have an oversize phone like a Samsung S8+ or iPhone X, ESPECIALLY if it's encased, I would definitely not recommend this mount as it doesn't seem to be able to grip that weight properly.

However, if you have even a slightly bulky phone case or popsocket, the phone will fall out of the clamp.
