It is much safer way of driving

Unfortunately there is no easy way to charge your phone while it is on the stand in the car, because the bottom of the phone is secured by a clip that covers the exact spot where the charging cable goes into the phone

This means that as bumps happen down the road the jaws work their way open and the phone falls out from the lightest of bumps after a few miles.
