So far the mount and charger itself seem fine but as with some other reviews, the included 12V adapter is junk

Initially I loved this car mount

It works OK, it holds well and it is sturdily made, however, the magnetic charging is NOT strong enough to work through an otterbox defender or any other solidly protective case, so if you use one, then skip this and buy a less expensive phone mount. .

I originally ordered another fast charge/phone mount for around $30 and it was a piece of junk.

After a week of trying to use this as a wireless charger, it is now an overpriced wired dashboard mount

I've purchased the original iOttie Easy One Touch mount and it works great

Sturdy mount, BUTTTT useless as a charger for iPhone X, takes over 2 hours to gain 10% battery.

I have a standard iottie vent mount kit, that I thought I could use with the charging cradle from this kit (to keep it cooler) but the mounting balls are 2 different sizes...disappointing.

Nice mount holds very well to the windshield and not having to plug cables into the phone is very nice.adjustable so u can extend the mount right to where you want it.

For me, it is one of the best mount kits which I used till now

Great Mount, like I have found almost all of prior iOttie Mounts - been a fan for years

Now I use the great mount but still have to cable charge.

This is a pretty solid mount overall, well constructed.

If I weren't past the return period, I would send it back and buy a much cheaper, non-Qi mount.
