The trays don't fall out, although I wish the trays pulled out a little farther.

I like the little trays on top for placing small things.

This container will be great for storing my craft supplies; however, it arrived damaged (i.e., cracked hole it top sorting tray)

It arrived damaged, scuffed, dirty as if it were dragged across a filthy warehouse, and has manufacturing defects - the drawer corners looked melted

Very frustrated as I have 200 sheets of paper to file
