I haven't had any problems with phone calls in noisy environments.

I have yet to test the microphone in a really noisy environment or in flight but seems to work great while driving

They DO seem robust enough to hold up in noisy and dirty environments, at least for a while

They work well, as described ... however as they are designed and marketed to workers in noisy environments, the cord between them is weak and now cuts in and out after just 3 weeks use...
