My problem may be that I have become accustomed to the excellent audio quality of my Polycom CX600 VoIP telephone's speakerphone.

I purchased this for my parents since they like to use the speaker on their cellphones when talking to family, but the quality is rarely very good.

The built quality is also very nice.
