Smaller than i expected which is a good thing, sound is very good and easy to setup
Didn't get the free prescription for a limited time as promised, but the product itself is a very good thing to have in the car if your car doesn't come equipped with Bluetooth and capability of making and receiving phone calls.
I lost the ability to make the call handsfree via the Jabra.

I had the volume turned up to max on both the bluetooth speakerphone as well as on my cell phone, and I couldn't hear the other person over the sound of my car going 45mph with the windows closed and the radio off.
In addition, at times it loses the ability to respond to voice commands, and takes any input as a request to pair another phone or call their help line

Also, the FM transmit timeout is so short, that after approx 20 seconds of no audio, the Freeway shuts off the FM broadcast and I am bombarded by extremely loud radio static from the vehicle speakers
and when we are both trying to talk on them we cannot because the static on both sides is unbearable and one of us has to switch it off just to communicate

a 1.I really wanted both functions -- I could have had a phone speaker for much less -- and tried to return it but apparently missed the window by about a week.
Unfortunately I missed the return window by one day and now am out $100.I tried multiple chargers and cords to rule out other sources for the problem but the product simply won't charge any longer.
